Strategic Plan

This year, Micah Network is embarking on a new Strategic Plan for 2008 - 2010 based on what you have told us we can do better together as a network of evangelical NGOs and churches. The Micah Network Coordinating Group have drafted a three year strategic plan for the period from 2008 to 2010.

This plan outlines:

• how Micah Network plans to achieve its three aims (building capacity, challenging the church and advocacy) during this period;
• how Micah Network plans to further develop the network;
• the outcomes we are seeking over the next three years and our strategies for achieving them.

The plan comprises the following sections:

1. Strengthening Capacity (Micah Network Aim 1)

2. Deepening commitment to integral mission (Micah Network Aim 2)

3. Advocacy (Micah Network Aim 3)

4. Development of the network
